Let our people go!
Friday, 03.28.2008, 03:07pm
Arab American political activist Muthanna al-Hanooti was arrested and jailed this week by federal officials upon arrival at Detroit Metropolitan Airport returning from a trip to the Middle East. The following day he was charged with two counts of conspiracy and three counts of lying to the FBI about working for agents with the Iraqi Intelligence Service under Saddam Hussein.

When a 'custodian of freedom' is the perpetrator of ethnic cleansing

Friday, 03.28.2008, 02:09pm
A few weeks after newly elected Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd, apologized to the Aborigines, the indigenous inhabitants of Australia, Rudd was party to a motion in Parliament describing Israel as a "robust democracy" and a "custodian of freedom" in a region abounding in autocracies and theocracies.
Granholm did not deserve the coverage
Friday, 03.21.2008, 03:05pm
How much did Granholm pay you to write this untrue letter about her and the state of Michigan? (Michigan ranked one of best-managed states, Issue 1153, March 8-14, 2008). Granholm is an anti-American who hates herself and everyone else! She's trying to close all the schools here, the jails and the mental hospitals. She is a liar who says she won't raise taxes, but imposes fees. She is friends with Kilpatrick, our two-faced crooked mayor.
End the shame of NSEERS
Friday, 03.21.2008, 03:04pm
Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Citizens and Immigration Services (USCIS) introduced a plan that would reduce the Naturalization Background backlog, as well as the green card backlog.  Officials hope to move nearly 900,000 applicants by the end of September.  This is great news for the Muslim and Arab communities, respectively; however a much larger battle on the immigration front looms, in the form of NSEERS.
State Department got it all wrong with report on "new anti-Semitism"
Friday, 03.21.2008, 03:03pm
The U.S. State Department released a report on March 13 from the Office of the Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating Anti-Semitism. It follows up on a 2005 document and was dedicated to the memory of U.S. Rep. Tom Lantos of California, the only Holocaust survivor to have served in Congress. The Hungarian-born Lantos died last month of cancer at age 80.
Something bad is happening to us
Saturday, 03.01.2008, 10:31am
We have become accustomed to treating the Palestinians as inferior people. Generations come and go, and new soldiers abuse the residents of occupied Hebron in almost the same manner.
