Dearborn Police use excessive force against local man
CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Local man Ali Baydoun, who suffers with a mental disability, is filing a civil rights complaint against the Dearborn Police Department for assaulting him last December when he was riding his bike home from work. The complaint alleges that police falsely arrested him, used excessive force and assaulted him. He was taken to the police department, but was never booked. Officers then drove him to Oakwood Hospital to treat him for the injuries that he sustained during the arrest. Below, a video captures the excessive force police used against him during his arrest.
